This incompetence begins here.

It started with failing to resolve a broken link. Instead of apologizing and fixing the broken link, the social media specialist just stuck his/her head in the sand. The telecom giant just looks even more silly with each response.What's embarrassing is that whomever is responsible for their FB account does not understand sarcasm.
